Senior Account Manager

Key Result Areas

• Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while understanding the customer needs on technical requirements and growth potential
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our goals in these expanding markets
• Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients
• Represent our clients within our organisation
• Collaborate with our internal teams including Engineering and Production to achieve our growth targets

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Excellent team working skills
• Oral and written Dutch and English skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, projects as well as production
• Knowledge of production and engineering way of working

 DESIREABLE

• Knowledge of the semiconductor, High Tech sector
• Knowledge of the medical sector is a plus

EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• A minimum of 10 years of broad, relevant work experience
